Humbert is Ari Vais, Tony Westcott, Henning Ohlenbusch, and Brian Marchese (or Paul Pelis),  As far as anyone knows they are no longer a band.  But when they were, they sure were. 

Humbert has released two albums on Rub Wrongways:  The Great White Lunchroom and Are you Still Dancin' Darlin'.  There is rumored to be a third secret unreleased album out there somewhere.  We are trying to track it down.
